    • Add a few drops to a diffuser to help with improve mood and for clear breathing.

    Topical:

    • Dilute 1-2 drops of oil with 2-4 drops of carrier oil and apply to desired area.

    Oral:

    • Add 1-2 drops to your favourite food recipes

    • Add 1 drop to a glass of cold or hot water and drink

    Cleaning:

    • Add a few drops to a spray bottle with vinegar and water for a surface spray and/or glass cleaner. (Try adding a few drops of Lemon essential oil too!)
