    • Bath soak - Add 2-3 cups of Magnesium Chloride Flakes to a warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes. You can also mix Magnesium Flakes with our Epsom Salt and your favourite essential oils.

    • Add ½ cup of flakes to a foot spa or tub of warm water and enjoy a reviving soak.

    • Magnesium spray - Make a daily use magnesium spray to help support your body (great for use for menstrual cramps, headaches, muscle soreness, pre and post exercise, reducing inflammation, can also promote a restful nights sleep). Simply add a few tablespoons to a spray bottle with a few drops of essential oil, some carrier oil and top with water. Spray on soles of feet, legs, arms, over abdomen.
