Inhalation:
Add a few drops to a diffuser to help with mood, clear breathing and immune support.
Add a few drops drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale deeply.
Apply 1 -2 drops onto a tissue, hold near nose and inhale.
Topical:
Dilute 1-2 drops of oil with 2-4 drops of carrier oil and apply to affected area.
Oral:
Dilute 1 drop in a glass of water or tea, and drink

Cleaning:
Add a few drops to our DIY laundry powder for a fresh scent.
