Inhalation:
Add a few drops to a diffuser to help with mood, sleep, and to support the nervous system.
Topical:
Dilute 1-2 drops of oil with 2-4 drops of carrier oil and apply to desired area.
Add a few drops with our Epsom Salt and/or Magnesium Flakes to the bath for relaxation
Oral:
Add 1-2 drops to your favourite food recipes
