Inhalation Use:
Add a few drops to a diffuser to help with clear breathing and immune support.
Add a few drops drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale deeply.
Apply 1 -2 drops onto a tissue, hold near nose and inhale.
Topical Use:
Dilute 1-2 drops of oil with 2-4 drops of carrier oil and apply to affected area.
