    • Soak in a bath of Epsom Salt and feel the tension evaporate – a relaxing ‘me-time’ end to a busy day, and part of a welcoming bedtime routine.

    • Add 1 – 2 cups to a warm bath, lie back and relax for 20 – 30 minutes. The quantity of salt and frequency of baths varies according to the size of your bath and on your personal preference.

    • Add ¼ cup to a foot spa or tub of warm water and soak your feet. You can even use it in the shower as a body scrub.

    • Facial and Body Scrubs - Add a pinch of Epsom Salt into your facial cleanser to turn it into a natural face scrub. For a body/foot scrub simply mix 1 cup of Epsom Salt with some carrier oil, castile soap and essential oil of choice.

    • Epsom Salt can be used as a fabric softener for your washing! Simply add to a jar or container with your empty essential oil jars then add a small amount in with your detergent.

    • In the garden - Epsom Salt helps plants to absorb minerals like phosphorous, potassium and nitrogen, which in turn grows bushier plants, with more flowers and fruit. Simply sprinkle some onto the soil or dissolve in water before watering the soil.
